Delivery and Returns
Normal shipments are shipped as standard shipment within 3-5 business days.
All our products are shipped in protective boxes or bubble wrap. Handan Loomworks cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during transportation.
If you do not want the product for any reason, you can send it back to Aras Kargo with the buyer's payment after informing the customer via e-mail to info@handanloomworks.com within 7 business days from the date of delivery. In order for the return and exchange of the products to be accepted, they must not have been used in any way, and every item (such as labels, brochures, stickers) that came out of the package must be fully delivered and have not lost their saleability.
After the inspection, the refund of the products that meet the conditions will be made within 7 business days.
To request a full refund, please make sure you meet the following rules:
Products that have been damaged, used or lost their purchasing feature cannot be returned.
For a full refund, you must provide us with the tracking code of the products you have shipped.
Shipping costs for products that exceed 1kg in weight or are sent as express delivery will not be charged.
If the product you want to exchange is different from the product you purchased, the customer agrees to pay the difference.
Any refund request exceeding 7 business days will not be considered.
Products that have been produced on special orders and purchased cannot be returned.
Handan Loomworks reserves the right to make changes to these conditions.
